General: Unit meets or exceeds MH30.1
Construction: Ramp and lip plate to be 3/8” or 1/2” thick high strength steel tread plate (depending upon capacity), 50,000 psi minimum tensile strength. Unit is robotically welded complete for quality and consistency. All hinge tube assemblies are supplied with grease fittings for easy maintenance. Dual extension spring design offers ease of operation.
Projections: Bumpers = 16”, Deck Plate= 13-1/2” in stored position. Lip plate (standard) extends 12-1/2” beyond bumper. Bumpers: Units includes two (2) 4” x 10” x 13” reinforced rubber bumpers mounted to steel block assemblies.
Working Range: Capable of servicing trailers 5” above and 5” below dock level.
Capacities: 20,000 lbs. and 30,000 lbs.

Warranty: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
